About the job

  • This is a Night Shift role (Central Time Zone) and we need at least 1 year of US HR experience

Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.

  • Understanding of HR analytics techniques
  • Build relationships of trust and respect across the business teams to facilitate effective coaching and guidance through Functional Teams
  • Manage the organization’s global performance management program, including communications, training, and monitoring.
  • Lead the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are
  • Manage and collaborate with cross-function departments, COE, and Shared Services to support multiple business units.
  • Participate with business in leadership meetings, facilitate development and strategic discussion with the leadership team
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR groups to develop solutions, programs, and policies specific to business unit needs
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Collaborate with leaders on all talent processes and programs utilizing talent insights and organization data to drive business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partner Experience equal to 2-4 years of progressive HR Business Partner engagement and 2+ years of experience in partnering directly with Executive Senior Leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in Team Management and development
  • Demonstrated experience in Change Management and Project Management
  • Experience in using data to identify insights that drive action.
  • Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation of HR programs in support of business goals
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across an enterprise
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.
  • Ready to travel at company sites to facilitate for better collaboration of HRBP team and other Cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
