Key responsibilities:
1. Primary responsibility: Posting job ads on various platforms, and source/screen candidates in design, UI/UX, and business content writing as per instructions from the founders (final interview to be done by the founders)
2. Onboarding fresh candidates and ensuring HR-led practices are followed for current employees like leave management, employee engagement initiatives, organizing awards & recognition events, etc.
3. Maintaining administration-led work such as looking after office supplies, instructions to the office boy, and smooth running of the office
Requirements:
1. Candidate must have done an HR course or specialization and have minimum work experience of 1-2 years
2. Should have knowledge and experience in recruitment
3. Should be energetic and able to multitask as a single member; good communication skills, spoken and written English, and ability to work in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
4. Work from office, Full-time, 5-day week, Mon-Fri (9.30 – 6.00 pm)
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2.5 – 3 LPA
