We seek a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across online and offline channels.
Position Overview:
The Head of Marketing will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical leader experienced in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
– Oversee marketing plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
2. Online Marketing:
– Lead digital marketing initiatives: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
– Optimize the company’s online presence and drive traffic to the EleFant app and website.
– Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
3. Offline Marketing:
– Plan and execute offline campaigns: events, trade shows, partnerships, print media, and outdoor advertising.
– Develop strategies for local marketing initiatives.
4. Brand Management:
– Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
– Develop and maintain the brand’s voice, identity, and positioning.
5. Collaboration:
– Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
– Collaborate with external agencies and partners.
6. Market Research:
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
– Analyze competitor strategies and adapt marketing tactics.
7. Performance Tracking:
– Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.
– Use KPIs and metrics to assess ROI and make improvements.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
– Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
– Proven success in both online and offline marketing channels.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
– Strategic and creative thinking.
– Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
– Experience in consumer goods or technology is a plus.
