Growth Associate – International Business

About the job
We are seeking a skilled growth associate – international business to join our team and help us grow and strengthen our presence in the international market. As a team, we are obsessed with finding every marginal 1% gain we possibly can, and your job is to uncover and reveal these gains and insights You’ll need to have great relationship-building skills, solid presentation, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments across the company.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify key growth opportunities in international markets
2. Analyze market trends and gather insights to help develop and implement effective expansion strategies
3. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions using marketing automation tools to increase awareness and drive sales in international markets
4. Build relationships with key stakeholders, counselors, bloggers, journalists, influencers, partners, and industry experts to expand our reach and influence in target markets
5. Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
6 Develop reports and presentations, both qualitative and quantitative to communicate progress and results to the senior management team
7. Work on ensuring all deadlines are set and adhered to, in a high-paced work environment

Requirements:

1. While formal education and qualifications are important – we care mainly about your attitude, your work ethic, your desire to learn, and that you’re a good fit for our existing team culture
2. Experience in business development is preferred, but the team is also willing to teach the right person with the right attitude, and the skills they need for the role
3. Fair knowledge of digital marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio
4. Strong analytical and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
7. You must be incredibly organized and process driven with a strong eye for detail
8. Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their own initiative

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3 – 3.6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
