Key responsibilities:

1. Establish contact with leads received, prepare requested itineraries, follow up and complete the sales cycle with clients (confirm final itinerary, confirm all bookings at destination, ensure receipt of payment)
2. Customer relationship management
3. Handle the online instant messaging from worldwide clients that you receive on our various platforms
4. Develop new packages and product offerings and ensure the website is updated and client ready at all times
5. Handle email & whatsapp marketing calendar
6. Maintain all relevant databases and ensure that they are up-to-date
7. Liaise with partners/suppliers to procure quotes & tour costing
8. Reservation Management for confirmed bookings
9. Initiate and implement new systems and/or processes whenever required
10. Website Maintenance (non-technical) preparing content, adding content, updating content, coordinating with website maintenance and seo partners for updations and problem solving)
11. Any other operational and administrative requirements, for eg, manning stalls/booths at events
12. Handle other responsibilities as and when required
