Key responsibilities:
1. Interact effectively with customers and brief them about the escape games for driving interest and excitement
2. Work on end-to-end customer experience handling as per the breakout customer life cycle
3. Work on planning, executing, and following up on conducting events for promotions, marketing, and brand building
4. Manage birthday parties, corporate events, and gatherings that come to Breakout
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 – 20,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2 – 3 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
