1. Seek out and identify potential customers actively in the assigned territory
2. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
4. Understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
5. Communicate effectively the features, advantages, and benefits of the products being offered
6. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to persuade customers to make a purchase
7. Develop and implement a sales plan for the assigned territory, including setting sales targets, forecasting sales volumes, and creating strategies to achieve or exceed the targets
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market conditions
9. Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related expenses
11. Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the management team
