1. Focus primarily on the sale of products and services to probable customers within the assigned location/region
2. Travel to the assigned locations to introduce/maintain product/services supply to target consumers and existing clients
3. Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities
4. Educate clients/customers on how products/services can benefit them financially and professionally
5. Arrange meetings and visit the clients/customers for demonstrating the features of products and services to convince them to buy a product or subscribe to a service on a recurring basis
6. Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
7. Create new leads within the assigned locations
8. Maintain records/database of all sales leads (current and potential customers) and/or customer accounts
9. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
10. Build and maintain rapport with current and potential customers
11. Keep up with product and service information and updates
12. Stay informed about competing products and services
13. Focus on increasing the sales of the company
14. Prepare and submit the sales reports to the respective manager
15. Work with other departments to maximize sales
16. Meet sales target, or better yet exceed
17. Update the CRM system
18. Follow up for advances and balance payments from the customers
19. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
1. Candidates should be fluent in Kannada/Marathi (must)
2. Previous experience in related sales positions (preferred)
3. Good communication skills – both verbal and written
4. Good computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, search engines, etc.
5. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask and process adherence
6. Excellent customer service skills; ability to connect with customers
7. Strong listening and sales skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
8. Flexibility to travel
9. Self-motivated, results-driven, and a good team player
10. Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage
11. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Annual CTC: ₹ 3 – 4.2 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
