Field Sales Associate

About the job

As a field sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential customers in your assigned territory. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition: Actively identify and approach potential customers within your assigned geographical area.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
3. Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
4. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking.
5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on your sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

1. No prior sales experience is required; freshers are welcome.
2. High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
7. Reliable transportation for field visits.
8. Basic computer skills (e.g., email, Microsoft Office).

Benefits: Salary – Rs. 10,000 + Travel + Incentives
