1. Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and session activity)
2. Conduct competitor research via Facebook ads library, social platforms, SEMRush, etc.
3. Plan campaign structures for any given client depending on their business objectives, budgets, and competition
4. Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to create advertising material (e.g. ad creatives, GIFs, videos, carousels)
5. Conduct regular analysis of key metrics across ads, ad set, and campaign level to improve campaign performance
6. Create reports on key marketing and sales metrics
7. Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
8. Coordinate with clients as needed to prioritize work
You’ll be even better if you have:
1. Proven work experience as a Facebook ads associate or similar role
2. Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
3. Solid computer skills including MS Excel, a web analytics
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
6. Excellent communication skills
7. At least 6 months of prior experience in Facebook Ads
Annual CTC: ₹ 3 – 5 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
