About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical, marketing, and business solutions
2. Work with the design and development team to deliver and place high-quality products and services
3. Contribute to marketing and the documentation of our evolving business plan
4. Create and manage product roadmaps with accountability
5. Develop prototypes, proof of concepts and MVPs to validate product ideas
6. Ensure timely delivery of projects by effectively managing resources, planning and executing projects, and mitigating risks
7. Manage relationships with team members, stakeholders and centers of influence
8. Foster a culture of entrepreneurship within the company by sharing your knowledge and experience with the team, mentoring and coaching team members, and leading by example

Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 3.5 – 6 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
