About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Anticipating, identifying, planning, and organising activities to ensure CEO Office functions smoothly
2. Effective and efficient CXO and Inter-department Liaison – Zero slippages
3. CEO Office Management (Dashboard, Calendar, Employee Communication etc)
4. Driving Key initiatives where applicable
5. Operational Items – Team Coordination, Project Tracking, Reporting etc.
6. Followup on BD proposals send by CEO’s Office with Clients
7. Manage CEO’s calendars and set up meetings
8. Manage CEO’s travel and accommodation arrangements

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities

2. Any Degree- BBA/ BA/Bcom

3. Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 – 2,16,000 /year
