1. Work on accurate & timely execution of orders on the terminal (Sauda Punching on the terminal)
2. Work on confirmations of trades & letter drafting (strong written communication)
3. Track clients’ positions and make regular calls as per their profiles & preferences
4. Visit clients regularly and maintain a long-term relationship with clients
5. Listen to the relationship manager’s feedback and take action accordingly
Technical & soft skills requirements:
1. Must be good at communication
2. Knowledge of the stock market and functions
3. Presentable for meetings
4. Excellent written/verbal communications skills, listening skills, perseverance, and time management
5. Should possess relationship skills and problem-solving ability backed by integrity and trust
6. Approachability and understanding of the sensitivity of client issues/complaints
7. Should be self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, dependable, and responsible team player
8. Able to develop good customer relationship skills and be a team player
9. Minimum HSC passed any stream
Qualification: Any graduate or non-graduate (failure most welcome)
Experience: 0 – 1 Year
Work timings: 9.00 AM To 6.00 PM
Age criteria: Not above 25 years old
Annual CTC: ₹ 2 – 2.1 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
