Key responsibilities:
1. Building and implementing digital marketing strategies that convert leads into sales
2. Work on creating a brand and increasing brand awareness
3. Managing all digital marketing channels
4. Identifying new marketing opportunities
5. Analyzing data from digital marketing analytics reports
6. Managing all digital marketing and SEO-related activities
7. Using digital assets, such as a company website, social media, email and WhatsApp
8. Monitoring and reporting the performance of campaigns and other marketing efforts
9. Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors and builds a strategy for the organization
10. Developing optimization plans
11. Staying up to date with the latest technology, market trends, and best practices
12. Work on creative and innovative content writing
13. Produce attractive and effective designs for all media and anything related to the website
14. Engage in onsite optimization, link building, keyword search
15. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
16. Ensure to evaluate of end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
17. Managing, training, and coordinating with the internal team for any requirements or support
Skills Required:
1. 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, SMM, SMO, etc. working with e-commerce companies.
2. Good interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and critical thinking
3. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
4. Strong communication skills, presentation skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
5. Working experience with Google Analytics and other SEO tools will be an advantage
6. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks within the timelines
7. Proactive in his/her approach
8. Flexible with work timings (if needed)
