About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain databases that support our business applications
2. Create and maintain database schemas, tables, views, triggers, and stored procedures
3. Develop data migration and data integration processes
4. Optimize database performance and tune SQL queries
5. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data
6. Monitor database systems and resolve any issues that arise
7. Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure database systems meet business requirements
8. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in database development
