About the job
Key responsibilities:

The role is evidently focused towards resolving customer complaints & queries.
Handling inbound calls from customers
Outbound calls for follow-ups with employees
Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion
Understand and manage personal performance (includes Productivity, Quality, On time login, SLA for Complaints)
on daily basis
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client’s products and services

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2.5 – 2.85 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 95%

2. Variable component: 5%
