About the internship
As a customer delight intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of bikes to our customers. You will be responsible for providing information about the bike’s features and representing our company in a professional and friendly manner.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform bike deliveries as part of the operations team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of bikes to customers
2. Educate customers about the features and functionalities of the bikes, highlighting their benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction
3. Guide customers through the customer app, assisting them with any questions or issues they may encounter
4. Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customers, acting as the face of the company and maintaining a positive and professional image at all times

Requirements:

1. Presentable with good communication skills in Hindi & English
2. Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills, as you will be representing the company to customers

Who can apply

2. can start the internship between 13th Jun’23 and 18th Jul’23

3. are available for duration of 3 months
