Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and create sales strategies to penetrate target markets.
3. Generate leads through various channels, including email marketing, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
7. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and achievements to the sales manager.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in both written and spoken English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
2. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Experience in digital marketing and email marketing is a plus.
4. Proven track record in corporate sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for success in a competitive market.

Salary
 

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 – 16,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 – 3,00,000 /year
