As a Control Tower Financial Solution Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and deployment of financial solutions within the organization’s control tower framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of financial tools and technologies, enabling effective decision-making and optimized financial operations. Your role will require a deep understanding of financial processes, data management, and project management skills.

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to understand the financial requirements and objectives of the organization’s control tower initiative.
2. Lead the deployment of financial software, tools, and systems, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the existing infrastructure.
3. Manage end-to-end deployment projects, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, testing, and implementation.
4. Work closely with vendors and technical teams to customize financial solutions based on the organization’s needs.
5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration and deployment processes.
6. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the deployed financial solutions.
7. Collaborate with data analysts to create meaningful reports and dashboards that provide insights for financial decision-makers.
8. Monitor the performance of deployed financial solutions and address any technical or functional issues that may arise.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the financial and control tower domains.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing insights and recommendations for enhancing financial processes and tools.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
2. Language required: Marathi and English Mandatory
3. Proven experience in deploying financial solutions within a control tower framework or similar environment
4. Strong understanding of financial processes, data management, and reporting
5. Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as data visualization platforms
6. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams effectively
