Key Responsibilities:

Researching and developing courses on topics of Leadership, Life Skills, Soft Skills and management skills by a combination of online sources, books, and different studies.
Proofreading, evaluating, and editing given content, to give plagiarism-free content.
Blog Writing, Video Content Writing will also be a part of the of the KRA’s.

Preferred Skills:
The Content Writer will work with the Learning & Development Team to create courses, thus has to have:

Outstanding Creative Writing Skills
Good Comprehension Skills
Editing and Evaluation Skills
Proficient Communication & Presentation skills
A Bachelors/Master’s Degree
Image Designing Skills (Knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc. would be a cherry on the top)
