As a Client Success Executive at Sharedpro, you will be a crucial part of our client-facing team, dedicated to ensuring our clients’ success and satisfaction. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing exceptional support throughout their journey with Sharedpro.
Key responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing a deep understanding of their business needs, objectives, and challenges
2. Proactively engage with clients to ensure a seamless onboarding process and successful adoption of our platform’s features and functionalities
3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Operations, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients
5. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on leveraging our platform to meet their talent requirements effectively
6. Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and insights, ensuring clients maximize their ROI with Sharedpro
7. Handle and resolve client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive and professional client experience
8. Continuously seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients, driving revenue growth for Sharedpro
9. Stay updated on industry trends and market changes, keeping clients informed about relevant insights and best practices
10. Contribute to the development of client success strategies and collaborate with the team to enhance overall client satisfaction

6. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of IT staffing or related industries (preferred, but not mandatory)

8. Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to exceed client expectations
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 – 4,80,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
