Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the product catalog, ensuring accurate and detailed information for all products
2. Regularly update product information, including descriptions, specifications, and images
3. Coordinate with various departments to gather product details and ensure timely updates
4. Ensure that all product listings are in compliance with company guidelines and standards
5. Conduct regular audits of the catalog to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors
6. Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging product descriptions and promotional materials
7. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide relevant product information
8. Assist in the creation of product catalogs, both in print and digital formats
9. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings to enhance the catalog competitiveness
10. Provide support to the customer service team by promptly addressing product-related queries and concerns
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry or with experience studying abroad
3. Strong organizational and time management skills
4. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and updated records
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
7. Familiarity with content management systems or e-commerce platforms is a plus
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
9. Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and trends (if applicable)
10. Experience studying abroad or exposure to international markets (if applicable)
