1. Utilize CRM, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
2. Identify the prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
3. Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
4. Seek new business opportunities and thrive in the startup ecosystem
5. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
6. Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
7. Persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues
8. Showcase ownership of the clientele/leads assigned
Skills & Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
2. 1-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
3. Strong written and communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and managing CRM
5. Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
6. Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
7. Entrepreneurial spirit, hunger for knowledge, and passion for creating value for the customer
