Business Development (Sales) – Hubspot Certification Required

We’re seeking a motivated sales development intern to amplify our sales efforts. You’ll use our HubSpot CRM to identify, connect with, and nurture potential leads and opportunities. You will be reporting to the BD Manager – and assisting him in making calls and following up with clients. Please read the below description – this is for people who have an easy time making new friends, building relationships with people, and enjoying people’s company.

Your day will involve making 100 connected calls, managing client relations, aiding the sales team, and maintaining CRM.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Initiate 100 daily outbound calls to prospective clients
2. Utilize Exodus & HubSpot to identify potential leads
3. Monitor and nurture identified lead to drive them through the sales pipeline
4. Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals
5. Ensure CRM is accurately updated with all client interactions and sales activities
6. Leverage knowledge of civil engineering to understand and cater to client needs
7 Finding Emails and Phone Numbers using tools such as Lusha, Clearbit, etc.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Experience in telemarketing, email marketing, and lead generation
2. Proficiency in HubSpot and Exodus
3. Basic understanding of civil engineering
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Self-motivated and driven

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 500000 to 700000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per inquiry).
