Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential customers in the field through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of Supersite’s products and services.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any questions or concerns.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
5. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
7. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely implementation.
8. Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
9. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
1. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
2. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals.
3. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
