1. Counsel students for their course inquiry
2. Mentor junior counselors
3. Counsel students and concerned parents in person and on the phone
4. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly targets
5. Calculate conversion rates
6. Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive sales and reports
7. Work on any other additional responsibilities

Required Experience and Qualifications:

1. 0-2 years of experience
2. Fluent written & spoken English language skills
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
4. Interest in sales and counseling
5. Knowledge of CRM and ed-tech work experience
6. Multi-tasker
7. The candidate must be residing in Mumbai
8. Candidates should have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills
9. They should be active listeners with a passion for education and student journeys
10. Must be able to guide students with various career opportunities
11. Work experience with edtech’s will be an added advantage
12. Should be budding leaders
