1) Proactively engage with potential students through outbound calls, effectively nurturing leads who have expressed interest in the course. Provide comprehensive information about the program and its structure.
2) Responsively address inquiries and offer additional information as needed to assist prospective students in their decision-making process.
3) Maintain accurate records of leads’ progress within the CRM system and follow up diligently, especially when students require more time or have specific concerns.
4) Collaborate with the manager to facilitate the enrollment process by sending enrollment links to interested candidates.
5) Communicate any emerging challenges or obstacles encountered during your interactions with prospective students to the team.
6) Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales.
7) Conduct personalized 1-on-1 consultations with candidates visiting our office when necessary.
