About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with schools: Establish and maintain relationships with schools, act as the main point of contact, and ensure effective communication channels.
2. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process of schools by providing necessary information, documentation, and support to ensure a seamless transition.
3. Timetable and schedule preparation: Develop and create timetables and schedules for classes and activities in collaboration with schools, taking into account their specific requirements and preferences and create and manage groups with schools.
4. Purchase order management: Ensure timely raising of purchase orders for products required by schools, coordinating with relevant departments to meet delivery deadlines.
5. Daily reminders and feedback: Regularly provide schools with class reminders, collect feedback on classes, and share reports summarizing student progress and performance.
6. Orientation organization: Collaborate with the Communication Executive to organize orientations for schools, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for participants.
7. Communication synchronization: Work in sync with the Communication Executive to align messaging and maintain consistent and effective communication with schools.

Salary
 

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 – 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 – 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
