Are you an expert UX/UI designer with comprehensive knowledge of Sketch and Adobe XD? Shubh International is searching for an experienced associate UX/UI designer to join their growing team. As an associate UX/UI designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting challenges, developing user experiences for websites, mobile apps, and software. You will be instrumental in driving the design process from research, ideation, and visual design to the delivery of the final product.
At Shubh International, you will be part of a highly experienced and motivated team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the industry’s best professionals and lead the charge in creating innovative products.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct user research to understand user behavior, motivations, and needs
2. Develop user flows and wireframes to iterate on product design solutions
3. Create high-fidelity visuals leveraging Sketch and/or Adobe XD
4. Implement feedback from stakeholders and key decision-makers into design elements
5. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product designs meet standards
6. Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, and drive product optimization
