Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the production of ET B2B video content, including researching, planning, and coordinating various aspects of the production process
2. Collaborate with the production team to develop engaging and informative scripts for videos targeting the B2B audience
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with industry experts and professionals
4. Assist with on-location shoots, ensuring proper set-up, equipment, and logistics
5. Manage and organize video assets, including footage, graphics, and sound elements
6. Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure videos meet the highest production standards
7. Collaborate with the editing team, providing necessary feedback and assisting in the post-production process
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, business news, and emerging topics relevant to the B2B sector
9. Assist in maintaining and updating production documentation, including scripts, shot lists, and production schedules
10. Support the team in administrative tasks, such as budget tracking, expense reporting, and resource management

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of proven experience in video production, preferably in a B2B or business-related environment
2. Proficiency in video editing software and other relevant production tools
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Knowledge of business and industry-related topics
6. A detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for quality and accuracy
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
9. Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
10. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., media production, communications, marketing) is preferred but not mandatory
