Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and increase sales for Tibrewala Electronics Ltd (TIBCON)
2. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product development and differentiation
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing
4. Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media channels
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
6. Support the sales team by providing marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to enhance their ability to promote TIBCON products
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales and share insights and recommendations with the management team
