Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with project-offices on sales, collections, advertising, and strategic initiatives led by HO
2. Preparing data that has project-wise sales & revenue analysis. coordinating with advertising agencies and supervising their deliverables
3. Managing project-wise sales and collection MIS
4. Sourcing and sharing sales leads to the respective projects
5. Supporting project teams in identifying potential buyers
6. Following up with respective project teams for inbound lead follow-ups and outbound reach
7. Analyzing market trends and sales performance through various channels
8. Maintaining and expanding the database of retail and institutional prospects
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon, Mysuru and neighboring cities
