1. Provide complete admission-related information to the students and help them through the admission process (NEET-UG/NEET PG)
2. Assess the student’s performance in the entrance exams and depending on his/her interests help in shortlisting the college where his/her chances of getting admission are high
3. Work on one-to-one sessions with the student/parent to provide detailed information and clear all admission-related queries
4. Handle counseling queries received from students and parents
5. Work on counseling students & giving them the much-required direction regarding their Career & college planning for medical studies in India
6. Utilize various channels to counsel students such as online counseling (online live session, email, and phone)

Skills & Requirements:

1. Any graduate in any specialization
2. Preferably bachelor’s/master’s degree in psychology
3. Strong active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Willingness to guide students and provide ongoing support as they make important career decisions
5. Operational work related to the counseling sessions
