About the internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform consultative selling by pitching Jodo’s financial products to customers both in offline events and via tele sales
2. Establish long-term relationships with customers
3. Demonstrate the ability to think on your feet and understand the customer’s pulse to pitch right
4. Handle rejections professionally and ensure they do not affect the pitch to the next customer
5. Continuously brainstorm ways to acquire new leads, experiment with different pitching approaches, and add value to the firm in various ways beyond the core responsibility
6. Be persistent with customers, not accepting ‘no’ for an answer, while maintaining a pleasant and respectful demeanor; engage and persuade effectively
7. Be diligent in following up with customers, taking ownership of every single lead, and ensuring closure
8. Understand customer concerns and relay them back to the product team to improve the product and application process
