About the job
We are looking for freshers with excellent programming and web designing skills to join us as junior software developers. Selected candidates would ideally be trained to be full-stack developers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the senior team members and help with developing and designing tasks
2. Create wireframes and mockups as per the workflows
3. Create database designs and write view and stored procedures
4. Maintain the current applications and enhance new features as per the new business requirements
Required skills:
1. Must be willing to learn and explore new things in web/windows application development
2. Must be agile, flexible, and a team player
3. Must have a good attitude & good communication skill
4. Self-motivated personality with the ability to work in a flexible, team – based environment
5. Passionate about programming and self-learner
6. Excellent problem solving, time management skills with strong attention to detail
7. Should be willing to learn new technologies and work on them under guidance
8. Should be willing 6-day work week environment
Who can apply
1. Candidates with a good academic track record and who have hands-on experience with projects that they can demonstrate are highly desirable
2. The ideal candidate should have passed out B.Tech/BE or equivalent degree: 2020-21 and very passionate about IT carrier and strong desire to work as an IT professional to start careers as a junior web developer/junior web designer can apply for this positions
3. Candidates who are having good practical knowledge or prior experience in programming skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Ajax, SQL, ASP.net MVC., C#, .NET Core would have an added advantage
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 – 3,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
