Key responsibilities:
1. Contacting agents to provide regular updates on ongoing operations.
2. Efficiently managing teams and ensuring smooth coordination among team members.
3. Providing day-to-day updates to our franchise offices and branches.
4. Demonstrating effective team management skills by prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities.
5. Maintaining clear communication channels with all stakeholders.
6. Monitoring and analyzing operations data to identify areas of improvement.
7. Assisting senior operations managers in implementing operational processes and procedures.
8. Proactively resolving any operational issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
Requirements:
Previous experience in operations management or a related field is preferred, but not required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks
