1. Organize and execute new hire orientation and integration programs.
2. Set up workstations and ensure necessary accesses are granted for new employees.
3. Streamline onboarding processes to enhance new hire experiences.
C. Employee Relations:
1. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
2. Handle employee concerns and queries proactively.
3. Engage in initiatives aimed at increasing employee satisfaction and retention.
4. Assist in organizing company events and activities to boost morale and engagement.
D. HR Operations:
1. Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of employee databases.
2. Administer all HR-related documentation.
3. Ensure all HR operations are in compliance with legal and company policies.
4. Provide necessary data to facilitate payroll processes.
5. Monitor time and attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
6. Oversee daily HR office operations and administration to ensure smooth functioning.
1. MBA in human resources or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR (though freshers are encouraged to apply).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Organized with keen attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant HR software.
6. Basic understanding of payroll procedures and statutory benefits.
