1. Conduct and organize classroom learning sessions based on the curriculum
2. Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse student needs, learning styles, and paces
3. Treat students with dignity and respect while being approachable to both students and parents
4. Encourage maximum student participation and monitor their progress regularly, adjusting the pace of work accordingly
5. Ensure students’ attention during lesson delivery and employ various teaching methodologies like hands-on activities and a play-based approach
6. Take responsibility for the safety, emotional, and physical well-being of each child
7. Oversee day-to-day classroom activities and implement diverse classroom management strategies

Qualifications:

1. Hold a degree in ECCE/Montessori/NTT/ECCED with qualifications in Early Childhood Education
2. Demonstrate a positive demeanor, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, patience, willingness to learn, and self-motivation
3. Have a minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience
4. Display passion for facilitating children’s learning and growth
5. Possess proficiency in the English language
6. Note that the teaching role requires physical presence at the school; it is not for virtual teaching
