Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients (K-12 schools)
2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders (school’s principals and directors)
3. Conducting market research and analysis
4. Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and business growth
5. Negotiating and closing deals
6. Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute business plans
Requirements:
1. Candidate must have exceptional communication and presentation skills
2. Have a sense of sales skills with good command of language English and must be comfortable taking seminars and workshops in schools auditorium with large gatherings
3. Must be comfortable with rigorous field visits in schools on a daily basis
4. Must have their own transportation, either two-wheeler or four-wheeler
5. Have a basic understanding of programming languages

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 500000 to 800000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sale).
