Key responsibilities:
1. Exhibition Planning: Collaborate with the events team to conceptualize exhibition themes, layouts, and interactive elements
2. Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, booth allocation, exhibitor coordination, and transportation
3. Vendor Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of exhibitions
4. Promotion and Marketing: Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote exhibitions, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and partnerships
5. On-Site Management: Oversee on-site operations during exhibitions, ensuring exhibitor and attendee satisfaction
1. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
2. Proven experience in event management, with a focus on exhibitions being a plus
3. Excellent project management and organizational skills
4. Strong communication and negotiation abilities
5. Proficiency in event management software/tools
6. Creativity and a keen eye for detail
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to manage exhibitions
