Key responsibilities:
1. Work in back-office operations team to process the enquires / requests / complaints from clients within defined timeline
2. Detail oriented, thorough in analyzing and interpreting data
3. Agility to learn and work in cross domain process
4. Ability to achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
5. Proven knowledge of computer operating systems i.e. MS-Excel along with good keyboard skills
6. Experienced in BFSI/trading industry
7. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
8. Good written communication skills with email experience
9. Be punctual & discipline
Qualification:
1. Min. 1 year of experience in back office/similar roles in BFSI Industry
2. Graduate in any domain
