1. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service throughout the project
2. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution of projects
3. Work with internal teams, including creative, client services, and media, to develop and execute successful campaigns
4. Monitor campaigns closely and provide timely feedback to relevant teams, client services, and clients as needed
5. Analyze campaign performance data and prepare review presentations and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to clients
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
