About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to gather requirements and understand project goals
2. Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify user needs and preferences
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
4. Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across our digital products
5. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with user expectations and industry best practices
6. Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis
7. Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide guidance during the development process
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design
9. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members
10. Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including banners, ads, and promotional graphics
Who can apply
1. A degree in disciplines related to graphic designing, such as UI & UX design, interaction design, and information design
2. Demonstrable skills and knowledge in design, including wireframing, prototyping, layout, usability testing, and user research
3. Ability to comprehend the user journey and enhance the user interface
4. A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a UI/UX designer or in a related role is required
5. Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for both mobile and web platforms
6. Possess creativity, passion, and meticulous attention to detail
7. The candidate must stay up-to-date with recent design standards and trends
8. Proficiency in understanding problems and providing effective solutions
9. Software proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹30,000 – 50,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 – 6,00,000 /year
