About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Add and maintain new features to our website/apps
2. Help us develop our application APIs
3. Contribute to the development of our back-end management system
4. Contribute to our front-end development
5. Receive feedback from others (and stay receptive to giving feedback to others)
6. Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code by using the best software development practices
7. Create and maintain project documentation
8. Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
9. Perform unit testing/development testing before delivering the code/website/apps
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 3.4 – 4.8 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 5%
