1. Monitor social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for customer inquiries and complaints
2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
3. Provide accurate and complete information to customers to resolve 200 tickets per day
4. Escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
5. Track and document customer interactions and feedback
6. Collaborate with the customer service and marketing teams to improve the customer experience
7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
8. Provide feedback to the team on ways to improve the social media customer service process
9. Talk to customers and resolve issues
10. Review calling
Note:
1. Flexible working hours/9 hours shift/-It will be anything between morning 8 to evening 9
